Your orders will be processed and delivered to the courier company within 1 to 5 business days (holidays are not included in the business day) after receiving bank approval. If there is a delay in delivery, the orderer will be notified. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Giresun, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-5 days. Orders received by us are transported by intermediary courier companies. In the event of any problems on our part, we will notify you using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. We do not provide delivery on holidays. You will be notified of your purchased products via a confirmation email. If any of the products you selected are out of stock, you will receive an email informing you of the date the product will be in stock. Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the time of manufacture. Delivery information and delivery times for these products are specified on the product pages. If you paid online and the product is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 1 (one) day and at most 5 (five) days. If the product is not shipped to the customer within these dates, the payment will be refunded. We do not ship internationally. Registration for the Özkaya Gıda - Halis Fındık affiliate program is free. You can share the tracking code you generate on your own website, social media accounts, or anywhere else.
